What route do you serve?

We currently operate the Oshawa–Finch–Pearson Express, with pickups at Oshawa GO Station (in front of the VIA Rail sign), Finch Station Passenger Pick-Up Area, and Viscount Station at Toronto Pearson.

All trips are pre-booked online. Choose your date and time, enter passenger and luggage details, pay securely, and your e-ticket will be emailed to you.

  • Oshawa GO: In front of the VIA Rail sign at the main station entrance.
  • Finch Station: At the Passenger Pick-Up (kiss-and-ride) area.
  • Pearson Airport: At Viscount Station, connected to Terminals 1 and 3 by the free Terminal Link train.

Your confirmation email will include simple directions and a map.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow time for boarding and luggage loading.

We recommend choosing a shuttle that gets you to Pearson at least 2–3 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours or more before an international flight.

Our standard allowance is 1 checked suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger. If you have extra or oversized luggage, let us know during booking so we can confirm space.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, changes and cancellations are allowed up to a cutoff time before departure (listed in your confirmation email and on our policy page). Fees may apply for late changes. Refunds will be made via credit.

If your return flight is delayed, contact us as soon as you know. We’ll do our best to move you to the next available shuttle, subject to seat availability.

We recommend booking as early as 3 months and at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times.

We make every effort to be punctual. If your shuttle is delayed, our customer support team will notify you in advance.
